Vienna Blakeway

My daughter Vienna was shaken by a day care provider when she was 3 and 1/2 months old.  God greatly blessed us in many ways.  First, our doctor had diagnosed her with a tummy virus but after a few days, I noticed her soft spot was swollen so I took her to the emergency room.  If I hadn’t notice, I would have taken her back to that day care.  In the hospital they did all of the tests for Meningitis   but after an MRI we found she had been shaken, not once but twice.  Second, our daughter has had no problems from being shaken.  The only thing she has is a little scar in one of her retina’s that is not in her field of vision.  She is now 4 years old and doing wonderfully in every way.
