Karla Garrido

Karla joined the SBA staff in December 2024. Originally from Lima, Peru, she is a dedicated, resourceful, and goal-driven professional who is passionate about helping others and leadership. Karla graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in Arts and Science. She has five years of experience teaching young children and working with their parents.

Karla is committed to motivating her students to achieve their goals and fostering community engagement by embracing cultural diversity. She has two daughters, Eva and Valeria, who inspire her to do her best daily. Outside work, Karla enjoys traveling, learning from others, taking photos, and spending time with her family.
